Cancellation & Refund Policy

Send your cancellation or change request by WhatsApp or email from the number or email used for the booking, with your name, travel date and booking details. The time we receive your message is used as the cancellation time.

Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on the services booked (vehicle, hotel or other bookings). The charges that apply to your trip are shared in your quote and booking confirmation before you pay.

The earlier you cancel, the lower the charges. Hotel bookings follow the cancellation rules of the hotel, and festival or peak-date bookings may be non-refundable; this is always mentioned in your booking confirmation.

You can ask to change your travel date instead of cancelling. Date changes are subject to vehicle and hotel availability, and any difference in price will be shared before the change is confirmed.

If we have to cancel your booking for reasons such as vehicle breakdown or unsafe conditions, we will offer you an alternative vehicle or date, or a full refund of the amount paid to us.

If a trip cannot go ahead because of events outside our control, such as government orders, road closures, natural events or temple closures, we will work with you to reschedule. Amounts already paid to hotels or other third parties are refunded only as per their policies.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed. Bank processing times may add a few days.

If you do not arrive at the pickup point without informing us, or do not use part of a booked service, that booking or part is not refundable.
